The gymnastics coach....Hailey?

Abbi is wearing Hailey's clothes and they fit her better than I thought they would!!

So I walked downstairs to change over some laundry. You all must be so jealous of the glamorous life I lead!! This is the scene I walked in on!! Hailey started gymnastics about 2 months ago, and has pretty much been doing backbends, front walkovers, and the splits nonstop since then! She even tries to get her Dad and Ryan in on it! I don't think I need to tell any of you that she has failed in every attempt!! On the other hand, Abbi and Jake seem to be her star students! I'm not so sure how I feel about my son doing gymnastics, but the fact that he chases the girls with swords, loves batman, and any sport that involves a ball eases the mind!! I really believe that my kids were put on this earth to remind me that life is not as serious as we all tend to make it! Maybe all of us should do a little gymnastics every once in a while.... limber or not!! It sure seems to have brought a lot of joy to the three of them, and I don't mind telling you....to me too!!

Have you seen how ripped male gymnasts are? I don't think you should mind that Jake is joining in on the fun! Spence did it in preschool and kindergarten (tumbling, in a class of boys with a male teacher--don't be getting any pink spandex visuals in your head!) and we could not believe the strength he gained!

Jake is a total boy, no worries there! I love that he got in on this. And Abby looks soooo much like Hailey. Did you know that Steph is being induced on Fri? I'm excited to hold another little one!

Make no mistake- the joy is in watching... not participating. I've tried doing a cartwheel within in the last five years. Those days are so over for me. :)

I love it when your older kids actually entertain the younger ones instead of just teasing them. Bailey loved her gymnastic class and is always showing my some kind of trick involving spins or bending, I should probably work on getting her back into a class, just another thing on the list!

So cute, Makiah loves teaching Stockton her cheers and Chad says we are scarring him for life but I think with how boyish he truly is, I don't think it was effect one bit.

They are so cute, Katlyn did gymnastics for 3 years and loved every minute of it and now savanna is totally convinced she has to do the same!! I loved it but it is a bad thing to start it gets really pricy and is so time consuming when they get up there in levels! But it was a great confidence builder for her! And like little Jake my boys tried to do it too but found out how un flexible they were and that made Katlyn feel even cooler!!
